Corporate Information System
Much of our energy is spent on automation of our business processes. We have an advanced corporate information system that includes more than 70 applications and connects several thousands of employees in distributed offices and research laboratories in a number of universities. Based on Lotus technologies, the information system enables us to increase internal efficiencies and focus less on administrative tasks and more on customer needs.
The IBA team of highly skilled professionals continuously maintains, upgrades, and enhances the IBA Corporate Information System.
Corporate Network
The IBA Corporate Network unites multiple distributed locations and functions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Built on fault-tolerant technologies, the network consists of the following server configurations:

Information Systems Testing Center
IBA Group opened its Information Systems Testing Center in 2000. This facility is used to assess software products and information systems for compliance with security criteria stipulated in ISO standards. In addition, the IBA Testing Center's staff assists companies in preparation for certification tests or formal assessments in the security area and provides security tools for customer products or systems. Training Center
The IBA Training Center offers training in information technologies, business, and foreign languages to IBA employees, as well as other companies and individuals.
The IBA Training Center provides a full cycle of the best possible education, from authorized training to testing and certification.
To date, the IBA Training Center is authorized by Cisco, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Apple, Microsoft, Novell, Prometric, and Pearson VUE.
In addition, the IBA Training Center has long-term ties with leading Belarusian higher educational institutions. The IBA Training Center sponsors the Belarusian national contest in informatics among students of colleges, vocational schools, and special technical institutions. The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus has sent a letter to thank the IBA Training Center for contribution in the development of the national educational system. More
Technical Center
The IBA Technical Center (TC) was established in 1999 to provide technical support for computing and banking equipment. The TC received authorization from IBM, Philips, and Wincor Nixdorf. Presently, it is engaged in installation, servicing, and warranty and post-warranty support for IBM S/390, RISC/6000, AS/400, Intel/Netfinity, and PC servers; desktop and mobile PCs; graphic and network workstations, ATM, POS, and monitors.
The TC personnel were trained and certified at the educational centers of leading IT service providers. Spare parts for the serviced equipment are supplied from the IBA storage facilities or its business partners in Europe.
The TC quality assurance system complies with the national standard STB ISO 9001 and international DIN EN ISO 9001. In December 2008, IBA became the first IT company in Belarus to certify its labor safety management system to OHSAS 18001 for the production of IBA PCs, servers, and information and payment terminals, as well as for the maintenance and support of hardware and banking systems.More
