System Integration
Foreign Language Proficiency
Most of IBA employees are proficient in English or German. In addition, about one tenth has a working knowledge of French, Polish, Italian or Spanish.
Training and Education
IBA developers receive training at:
- IBM Training Centers in the US, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Slovenia, and Russia.
- Moscow Training Centers of SAP, SAS, Oracle, Microsoft, Novell, and other global IT leaders.
Roughly one third of IBA developers are certified by IBM, Microsoft, Novell, Sun, SAP, PTC, Check Point, and Oracle.
In addition, IBA specialists study programming and foreign languages (English and German) at the IBA Training Center. IBA project managers and developers use English and German for business communication with foreign customers and partners. Most of them are proficient in English and one tenth speaks German fluently.
